This Sugar Cream Pie is so amazing! It has a custard filling that’s to die for.

Ingredients:

Dough for single-crust pie

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate.
  3. Trim crust to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate; flute edge.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
