Ingredients for 4 parts:
- 400g potatoes
- 50 g grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of Provencal herbs
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Wash the potatoes well, then without peeling them, cut them into 6 lengthways.
- Put in a salad bowl and add the parmesan, garlic, oil, herbs, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper also place potatoes on it.
- Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180° for 50 minutes before serving them with ketchup and homemade sauce.
