Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients for 4 parts:

  • 400g potatoes
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of Provencal herbs
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Wash the potatoes well, then without peeling them, cut them into 6 lengthways.
  2. Put in a salad bowl and add the parmesan, garlic, oil, herbs, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper also place potatoes on it.
  4. Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180° for 50 minutes before serving them with ketchup and homemade sauce.
