Chicken Ranch Wraps

Instructions:

  1. Shred or cut the chicken into smaller pieces
  2. Spread 1 tbsp of Ranch dressing across the entire tortilla
  3. Add ½ cup of shredded chicken to the tortilla
  4. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle a little parsley on each tortilla
  6. Roll the tortilla in a direction away from you.
  7. Cut into 2 pieces, using a diagonal cut
  8. Lightly spray a nonstick grill pan
  9. Place the tortilla onto the grill for one to two minutes on each side.
