Crescent Reuben Bake

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350*
  2. Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray
  3. Remove the Crescent Roll Dough from the package and unroll the dough
  4. Cut the dough in half
  5. Using your fingers, seal the perforations in the dough
  6. Roll each half of the dough until it is a 12-inch rectangle
  7. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet
  8. Bake this half for 8 to 10 minutes
  9. Remove the tray from the oven and line it with 4 slices of Swiss Cheese
  10. In a bowl combine the thousand island dressing with the sauerkraut. Stir well
  11. Spread the sauerkraut over the Swiss Cheese
  12. Layer the corned beef slices over the sauerkraut
  13. Top with the remaining 4 slices of Swiss Cheese
  14. Place the other half of the rolled-out crescent dough over the top
  15. Pinch the edges together all around the bottom, this will seal in all the cheese
  16. Bake for 20 minutes, until it is lightly golden brown across the top
