Weight Watchers Zero Point Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • Garlic pepper, any seasonings you like
  • 1 head of broccoli and/or cauliflower
  • 1 carrot coined
  • 1 zucchini coined
  • 1 squash coined
  • 1 can corn drained
  • Optional: any other veggies you’d like tomatoes give it a nice flavor!

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients on stove or in slow cooker and cook until vegetables are to the tenderness you prefer.
  2. I boiled mine on the stove and it cooked in under 30 minutes, but I’ve also cooked it in the slow cooker low and slow for about 2 hours.
