Lil’ Ham Biscuits

Directions:

  1. Prepare the grill for indirect cooking at 350 degrees.
  2. Combine melted butter, Worcestershire, Dijon, onion, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half crosswise.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the rolls on the baking sheet and drizzle with half the butter mixture.
  5. Layer slices of ham on rolls and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Place the top roll halves over the cheese and drizzle with the remaining butter mixture.
  7. Cover the pan with foil and place on the grill for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes. (if cooking in the oven decrease cooking time slightly)
  9. Cut into individual serving pieces.
